Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 124 Erasmus Street, in East Flatbush, Brooklyn. The site is two blocks away from the Church Avenue subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Ten blocks away is the Church Avenue station, serviced by B and Q trains. Skyrock NYC Development is responsible for the project.

The 55-foot tall structure will yield 7,720 square feet, with 7,150 square feet dedicated to residential use. 10 apartments will be created, averaging 715 square feet apiece, indicating rentals. Recreational space will be included on the ground floor.

Diego Aguilera Architects is responsible for the design.

Demolition permits have not yet been filed. The estimated completion date has not been announced.
