Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 869 Linden Boulevard in East Flatbush, Brooklyn. Located at the intersection of East 55th Street and Linden Boulevard, the lot is closest to the Saratoga Avenue subway station, served by the 2, 3, 4, and 5 trains. Israel Tishler of Revamp NYC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 52-foot-tall development will yield 17,656 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 34 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 519 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a penthouse.
Mohammad Ahead, PE is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits were filed this month for the three-story residential structure on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
