The site is fifteen blocks away from the Saratoga Avenue subway station, serviced by the 2, 3, 4, and 5 trains. Alfred Basal of Plaza Homes is listed as responsible for the development.
The 36-foot tall structure will yield 6,330 square feet, with 5,000 square feet dedicated to residential use. Six apartments will be created, averaging 833 square feet apiece, indicating rentals. Six parking spaces will help compensate for the distant public transit.
