Permits have been filed for a five-story residential building at 353 Miller Avenue, in East New York, Brooklyn. The site is one blocks away from the Van Siclen Avenue subway station on Pitken Avenue, serviced by the A and C trains, and five blocks away from Van Siclen Avenue on Fulton Street, serviced by J and Z trains. Empire State Equities is behind the applications.

The 55-foot tall structure will yield 14,580 square feet, with 9,720 square feet dedicated to residential use. 15 apartments will be created, averaging 648 square feet apiece, indicating rentals. Residents will have access to a laundry room, recreational space in the cellar, seven bicycle parking spaces, and a rooftop terrace.

BTE Design Services will be responsible for the design.

Demolition permits have not been filed yet, and the estimated completion date has not been announced.
