Permits have been filed for a three-story residential building at 3421 Snyder Avenue in East Flatbush, Brooklyn. The site is seven blocks from the Church Avenue subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Two blocks away is the Holy Cross Cemetery. Cityscape Build is listed as behind the applications.

The 30-foot tall structure will yield around 8,900 square feet, with 7,750 square feet dedicated to residential use. Ten apartments will be created, averaging 775 square feet apiece, indicating rentals. Seven parking spaces will be included on site, and storage will be available in the cellar.

Thomas Kenneth PE is responsible for the design.

The lot is currently vacant, having been cleared after demolition permits were filed in April 2017. The estimated completion date has not been announced.
