A new veterans housing development at 984 Woodycrest Avenue in The Bronx is now fully completed. Located in the borough’s Highbridge neighborhood, the building is designed by Urban Architectural Initiative.
In total, the six-story structure contains 31,500 square feet spread among 48 studio units, amenities, and a social service office. Residential amenities include a community room, laundry facilities, fitness center, and an outdoor recreational area.
As a sustainable build, the structure was designed in compliance with both New York State Energy Research and Development (NYSERDA) and Enterprise Green Communities environmental standards.
Changes to the building’s façade and massing have yielded a structure quite different than initial renderings revealed by YIMBY in 2015. Today, the exterior is comprised of brick masonry and pre-cast concrete that is intended to compliment the pre-existing structures of the surrounding neighborhood.
CMC Development Group collaborated with non-profit organization HelpUSA to complete the supportive housing project.

Please pardon me for using your space: The six-story tries to impress me, and result is. (I can’t refuse it)
Is there someone I can contact about pet policy in this building
