“Niko East Village” Launches Leasing at 751 East 6th Street, Manhattan

L+M Development Partners has officially launched leasing for a new 12-story rental property at 751 East 6th Street. Known as “The Niko East Village,” the building will contain 82 market-rate rentals, a mix of indoor and outdoor amenities, and ground-floor retail.

Architecture and interior design group GF55 are responsible for design.

Residences range from studio to three-bedroom apartments, and include private terraces for a select number of units. Each home is outfitted in white oak hardwood flooring, oversized windows with solar shades, sustainable-friendly EnergyStar fixtures, and in-unit washer/dryers.

Amenities include a fitness center with outdoor access, a second floor terrace, a shared lounge, and a landscaped roof deck with cabana seating and several cooking areas.

Ground-floor retail area measures 8,000 square feet and will reportedly open as a Rite-Aid. Future occupants will also enjoy easy access to L, F, M, J, and Z subway lines, as well as the FDR Drive for motorists.
