Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 146 Erasmus Street in East Flatbush, Brooklyn. The site is two blocks away from the Church Avenue subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. A decent amount of commercial retail is just a block away, along the Church Avenue and Nostrand Avenue thoroughfares. Herman Kaufman is listed as responsible for the development.
The 55-foot tall structure will yield 9,850 square feet, with 7,370 square feet dedicated to residential use. Ten apartments will be created, averaging 737 square feet apiece, indicating rentals. An outdoor recreational space will be included on site, with capacity for 37 people.
Beam Architects will be responsible for the design.
Demolition permits have not been filed, and the estimated completion date has not been announced. The site was recently purchased for $750,000, according to Trulia.

Please pardon me for using your space: I’m hungry your details and I’m not full. (Hello YIMBY)
Note the house next to the site. BARS on the front porch. Must be a really safe neighborhood.
