Permits have been filed for a five-story mixed-use development at 85 Rutledge Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Yesh Properties LLC is listed as responsible for the development.
The 55-foot tall structure will yield 20,880 square feet, with 12,630 square feet dedicated to residential use and 2,500 square feet for office space n the first floor and cellar. An unspecified amount of space will be included for a medical facility. Ten apartments will be created, averaging 1,260 square feet apiece, indicating condominiums. Tenants will have an indoor-outdoor recreation area on the top floor including a rooftop deck.
Bedford-Stuyvesant based BEAM Architects will be responsible for the design.
Demolition permits were filed for the single-story structure in January 2018. The estimated completion date has not been announced.
