Two Trees developed an entire community just outside the front doors for residents of One Domino Square. There is direct access to Domino Park, a waterfront park with a children’s playground, dog run, picnic areas, elevated walkway, and lots of greenery. The iconic Domino Sugar Factory landmark now holds The Refinery, a modern, green office building with 460,000 rentable square feet of Class A office space with an Equinox gym on the ground floor.

The newest element to recently open is a landscaped public plaza known as Domino Square with protected unobstructed views of the Manhattan skyline. Domino Square encompasses an acre of open public space with stadium seating and areas for community programing, including dance nights, movies, performances, a farmers market, and an ice-skating rink in the winter season. The plaza has an entrance to the public on Kent Avenue.

One Domino Square also contains a residential tower with 399 rental apartments on Domino Park. The rental component is fully leased up in under a year since leasing began.

For more information about condominium sales, please contact One Domino Square via the website or by calling 646-212-2352.

The first rendering, the one with pool with Williamsburg Bridge as back drop looks surreal to me (and I have nothing against that).

By 1907, Domino controlled 98% of US sugar processing. In 1916, “cubes” similar in shape to dominoes were introduced precluding the company name change.

  3. Besides this looking exactly like an ad, that bridge traffic and subway must be awfully noisy. The view IS spectacular.

It is an advertisement, they paid for it. Usually windows will bring the noise level down to a comfortable hum. I do suppose there may be lingering fumes during traffic jams, but it’s NYC so… The views and amenities are wonderful.
