A new rental tower has opened at 63 Wells Avenue in Yonkers, New York, along the Hudson River. Dubbed River Club at Hudson Park, leasing officially launched yesterday. The site is being developed by Strategic Capital, the investment arm of China Construction America.
The 24-story building stands 240 feet tall, and has uninterrupted views of the Hudson River and the New York skyline to the south. Located in Westchester County, the “River Club at Hudson Park” is part of a four-building complex by Strategic Capital’s within a 16-acre waterfront development called Hudson Park, stretching nearly half a mile long. JSA is designing the 214-unit building.
Inside, there will be studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. Each space will have floor-to-ceiling windows and white oak floors along with Kohler and Energy Star Whirlpool appliances. The kitchen features dark walnut cabinetry and granite countertops. Prices for a studio begin at $1,720 per month, a one-bedroom at $2,595 per month and a two-bedroom at $2,870 per month.
The property sits in the downtown district right along the waterfront next to the Yonkers train station. It will only take future residents a short five minute walk to the station, and a 28-minute ride to get into Manhattan.
Ning Yuan, President of China Construction America, has this to say about the upcoming project: “River Club at Hudson Park is pioneering a new level of luxury and sophistication in Northern New York City and throughout Westchester with its amenity-driven lifestyle and high quality of design and craftsmanship. We believe its appeal will extend beyond the current Yonkers resident to those in New York City and surrounding areas searching for a home that is easily accessible from Manhattan and available at a far greater value.”
Phillip Gesue, Chief Officer of Development at Strategic Capital also commented on River Club:
“Yonkers is becoming a destination. It’s cultivated its own artistic and creative communities, welcomed great restaurants and created an award-winning brewery. The recent influx of luxury residential real estate, such as River Club, is making it a very attractive place to call home.”
Amenities include a rooftop bar with a 128-foot-tall lounge that comes with a fireplace surrounded by walnut-clad columns and porcelain tiled floors, panoramic views of the the surrounding downtown and New York City, a fitness center, an indoor swimming pool, 24/7 concierge service including an automated package locker system for deliveries, and a Butterfly MX smartphone video intercom displaying real-time transportation information. The building is also pet-friendly and offers smoke-free living spaces.
Completion of River Club at Hudson Park is imminent with the first move-ins expected next month.

Please pardon me for using your space: When I confront details from Michael Young. So I have to read it. (Hello YIMBY)
Hello,
Can you advise what are the leasing prices for the each units. Also, how do you get an application ?
How do I make an appointment to see one of the one-bedroom units? I am dealing with a relocation client that will ONLY be available this weekend. No concerns over commission.
