Permits have been filed for a five-story residential building at 1064 Hancock Street in Bushwick, Brooklyn. The site is three blocks away from the Halsey Street subway station, serviced by the J trains. Matthew Bristol is listed as behind the applications.
The 45-foot tall structure will yield 10,150 square feet, with 8,760 square feet dedicated to residential use. 10 apartments will be created, averaging 876 square feet apiece, indicating rentals. Residents will benefit from a lobby, accessory storage, parking for nine bicycles, and a shared rooftop terrace. The top-floor unit will have a private terrace.

Demolition permits for the existing structure was filed in January 2016. The estimated completion date has not been announced.
