The Amberly has officially launched leasing on an assortment of rental apartments. Located near the northern boundary of Downtown Brooklyn at 120 Nassau Street, the 33-story residential tower was designed by global architecture firm Woods Bagot.
The 270 apartments range from studio to three-bedroom accommodations. Listings currently begin at $2,100 for studio units, with the largest, three-bedroom spreads priced from $8,800 per month. Interiors are available in a selection of palates curated by BHDM design, who also outfitted the property’s model units and amenity spaces.
All residences offer floor-to ceiling windows, walnut cabinetry, Caesarstone kitchen countertops, “subway tile” back splashes, and in-unit washer-dryers.
Future occupants will also enjoy a comfortable selection of amenities including The Overlook, a communal lounge on the building’s 33rd floor, an additional 9th floor lounge featuring a wrap around sundeck with out door dining areas, a lower-level fitness center, bike storage, and co-working spaces.
Developers AMTrust Realty Corp. will also debut a 10,000-square-foot public plaza with tables and seating. The plaza was designed by SCAPE, an environmental architecture and urban design studio based in New York.
The building’s exterior is clad in earth-toned terracotta, which is reportedly inspired by the historically brownstone-flanked streets of Downtown Brooklyn.
“The Amberly represents a new category of urban luxury living, where as much thought and attention has been poured into the spaces for working and socializing as has been dedicated to the spaces for living,” said Jodi Stasse, Executive Vice President of New Developments at Citi Habitats, the exclusive leasing and marketing agent for The Amberly. “Whether your office is in Brooklyn, Manhattan or even at home, The Amberly is well-located and ideal for everyone, and we’re thrilled to show off what’s been created.”

Please pardon me for using your space: Beauty ideas and beauty design inside its tower. I must study it. (Not advertisement in any case)
