Hope Management has recently completed a new seven-story residential property in the Mott Haven neighborhood of The Bronx. The build site is positioned just north of East 141st Street, at 333 Cypress Avenue.
The new structure contains about 28,000 square feet of residential area divided among 41 rental apartments. Building amenities include a roof deck, a game room, and laundry facilities. The development also includes a parking structure measuring just over 3,000 square feet, with space for about ten vehicles.
While original permits filed in 2007 name Mircea Bazac as the building’s architect, Charles Mallea Architect would appear to be the actual design firm responsible for 333 Cypress Avenue.
Leasing is currently in full-swing with market-rate, no-fee, two-bedroom units averaging about $1,800 per month. Future occupants will have access to other boroughs via the 6 train at Cypress Avenue or the Bruckner or Major Deegan Expressways for motorists.

Please pardon me for using your space: I worry about rendering not beautiful for public seeing. But I don’t think so.
