David Koptiev of Gabriel Development Corp. is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The steel-based structure will yield 7,083 square feet, with 4,063 square feet dedicated to commercial space and 3,028 square feet dedicated to community facilities. Hackjong Choi of Beyond Arch is listed as the architect of record.
No demolition permits have been filed as of yet. The estimated completion date has not been announced.
