Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 2502-2506 Newkirk Avenue in Flatbush, Brooklyn. Located between East 25th Street and East 26th Street, the interior lot is five blocks west of the Newkirk Avenue subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Konstantin Geyman under the 2506 Newkirk Avenue LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

It will have eight residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 687 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a penthouse, cellar, and a 30-foot long rear yard.
Diego Aguilera Architects is responsible for the design.
Demolition permits have not been filed as of yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
