Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 315 East 29th Street in Flatbush, Brooklyn. Located between Avenue D and Clarendon Road, the lot is near the Beverly Road subway station, served by the 2 and 5 trains. Shalom Stahler is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 55-foot-tall development will yield 8,776 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 13 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 675 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a rooftop terrace and a 29-foot-long rear yard.
Oleg Ruditser of Engineering Professional Service is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
