Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 2030 Morris Avenue in Tremont, The Bronx. Located between East 179th Street and East Burnside Avenue, the interior lot is two blocks east of the Burnside Avenue subway station, serviced by the 4 train. Israel Frankel of Isra Holdings is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 50-foot-tall structure will yield 7,871 square feet, with 7,271 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 17 units, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 421 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a cellar, penthouse, and a 30-foot-long rear yard.

Aharon Machlis of AM Architecture is responsible for the design.

Demolition permits were filed in January of this year. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
