Located between Boston Road and Adee Avenue, the corner lot is nine blocks east of the Burke Avenue subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Raja Rizwan of R & S Construction is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 40-foot tall development will yield 4,550 square feet, with 3,125 square feet designated for residential space. It will have four residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 781 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar and three enclosed parking spaces.
B2 Code Consultants is responsible for the design and Saleh & Associates is listed as the applicant of record.
Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
