Local developer Supreme Equities has announced a new seven-story residential building in the Allerton neighborhood of The Bronx. The new corner property is located at 653 Mace Avenue and will contain 54 units ranging from two to three-bedroom accommodations.

Renderings of the property reveal a second-floor terrace that could serve as an outdoor component to residential amenities. Additional outdoor area is positioned on the building’s seventh floor, but it is unclear if the roof area will serve as communal space or for private residential use.

Lower levels of the building will contain 20,000 square feet of community facilities that will function as a medical facility.

To date, little information has been revealed regarding residential amenities, expected kick-off for construction, or estimated date of completion. J Frankl Associates is credited as the architect of record.

  1. Sharp. Let’s hope it turns out as nice as the rendering.

  2. Good density for that area. Exactly the kind of construction needed near White Plains Rd in Allerton and points north.

  3. How can I get an apartment application.

This rendering looks nice…sleek & sophisticated. Has a Manhattan vibe to it. Definitely want to keep track of the development of this property.

Sounds great if you are providing parking for your tenants. I live down the street and I can tell you about the parking nightmares. Not enough parking available. I can’t even have company over. So if you are providing parking for your tenants, wonderful. If not, you are inconsiderate and shame on you.

While the building looks nice it’s not good for parking in our area. We’re already busting at the seams. Many of the buildings in the area have parking lots. Why didn’t you include that as well.

  8. I have a step voucher for $1246 to y’all except that bounces
