Permits have been filed for two 14-story residential developments at 310-334 Grand Concourse in Mott Haven, Bronx. Located between East 140th Street and East 144th Street, the interior lots are one block north of the 138th Street subway station, serviced by the 4 and 5 trains. Simon Kaufman is listed as the owner behind the applications. In late 2018, JCS Realty purchased 296, 310, and 334 Grand Concourse with plans to build a 520-unit residential development.
The proposed 140-foot-tall developments will yield 212,938 square feet in total. The building at 310 Grand Concourse will have 135,106 square feet, with 157 units and 66 enclosed parking spaces, while 334 Grand Concourse’s tower will contain 134,589 square feet, with 156 units and 29 enclosed parking spaces. The concrete-based structures will also have 30-foot-long rear yards.
Fischer Makooi Architect is responsible for the design.
Demolition permits were filed in December 2018. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
