Permits have been filed for a four-story apartment building at 114 Kingsland Avenue in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Located between Division Place and Herbert Street, the nearest subway stations are Graham Avenue on the L train and the Nassau Avenue on the G train. Solomon Feder of Velocity Framers USA is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 45-foot-tall development will yield 5,847 square feet, with 5,173 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have eight residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 646 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a cellar.
J Frankl / C Mallea Associates is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed as of yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
