Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 363 East 145th Street in Mott Haven, The Bronx. Located between Third Avenue and Willis Avenue, the lot is four blocks south of the 3 Avenue-149 Street subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Golan Darvish of 145 Corp is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 48-foot-tall development will yield 6,865 square feet, with 5,429 square feet designated for residential space. The masonry-based structure will have eight residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 678 square feet.
Sion Hourizadeh of Sion Consulting Engineering is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits were filed in April of this year. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
