Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 46 Stockholm Street in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Located between Evergreen Avenue and Central Avenue, the interior lot is three blocks from the Central Avenue subway station, serviced by the M train. Benno Schubert under the Hiline Gardens LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 50-foot-tall development will yield 7,554 square feet, with 5,510 square feet designated for residential space. It will have six residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 918 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar, penthouse, and a 43-foot-long rear yard.

Wu (Woody) Chen of Infocus is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits were filed in April of this year. An estimated completion date has not been announced.

  1. Is that 50 feet high, including the penthouse? Or is the penthouse the fourth storey?
