Permits have been filed for a seven story mixed-use building at 215 Livonia Avenue in Brownsville, Brooklyn. Located on the corner of Chester Street and Livonia Avenue, the lot is about four blocks west of the Junius Street subway station, serviced by the 2, 3, and 4 trains. LM Development Partners is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 75-foot-tall development will yield 96,316 square feet, with 77,400 square feet designated for residential space and 6,466 square feet for commercial use. The building will have 96 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 806 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and a 30-foot-long rear yard.

Curtis + Ginsberg Architects is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
