Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 1804 Palisade Place in Morris Heights, The Bronx. Located between Popham Avenue and Sedgwick Avenue, the lot is four blocks from the Morris Heights Metro-North train station. Kambiz Yaghoobian under the 18 Place LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 38-foot-tall development will yield 6,960 square feet, with 5,447 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have eight residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 680 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a cellar and a 37-foot-long rear yard.
Badaly Architects is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
