Permits have been filed for a six-story residential building at 1286 New York Avenue in East Flatbush, Brooklyn. Located between Clarendon Road and Avenue D, the interior lot is three blocks east of the Newkirk Avenue subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Shlome Landau under the 2075 Pacific Estates LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 67-foot-tall development will yield 10,564 square feet, with 9,440 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 14 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 674 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have three enclosed parking spaces.
S&S Architectural Design LLC is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed as of yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
