Permits have been filed for a nine-story mixed-use building at 15 West 118th Street in Harlem, Manhattan. Located between Fifth Avenue and Lenox Avenue, the lot is two blocks north of the 116th Street subway station, serviced by the 2 and 3 trains. Azimuth Development Group is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 85-foot-tall development will yield 28,408 square feet, with 23,932 square feet designated for community facility space. The building will have 51 residences, with an average unit scope of 469 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and a 33-foot-long rear yard.
Kossar + Garry Architects is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
