Permits have been filed for a four-story mixed-use building at 83-15 Parsons Boulevard in Jamaica, Queens. Located between Grand Central Parkway and Coolidge Avenue, the lot is near the Parsons Boulevard subway station, serviced by the E and F trains. Roy Moussaieff under the 83-15 Parsons LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 45-foot-tall development will yield 30,399 square feet, with 27,892 square feet designated for residential space and 2,507 square feet for commercial space. It is unclear how many residences the building will have, and whether they will be rentals or condos. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and 22 enclosed parking spaces.
Robert Bianchini of ARC Architecture + Design Studio is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits were filed in May. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
