Permits have been filed for a four-story mixed-use building at 497 Kings Highway in Gravesend, Brooklyn. Located on the corner of East Second Street and Kings Highway, the lot is two blocks from the Kings Highway subway station, serviced by the F train. Simon Leviov under the 497 Kings Highway Realty LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 50-foot-tall development will yield 10,250 square feet, with 2,717 square feet designated for commercial retail space on the first floor and 8,000 square feet for community facility space on the second, third, and fourth floors.
Asher Hershkowitz Architect is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
