Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 197 Quincy Street in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. Located between Bedford Avenue and Nostrand Avenue, the interior lot is four blocks south of the Bedford-Nostrand Avenues subway station, serviced by the G train. Yaaqov Levy under the 197 Quincy LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 50-foot-tall development will yield 8,915 square feet, with 7,422 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have ten residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 742 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar, penthouse, and a 39-foot-long rear yard.

ARC Architecture and Design Studio is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits were filed in November 2019. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
