Armin Jadadic under the 286 East 163rd Street LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 60-foot-tall development will yield 12,491 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 18 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 693 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar and a 40-foot-long rear yard.
