Permits have been filed for a six-story residential building at 286 East 163rd Street in Concourse Village, The Bronx. Located between Morris Avenue and College Avenue, the interior lot is near the 161st Street-Yankee Stadium subway station, serviced by the 4, B, and D trains. Armin Jadadic under the 286 East 163rd Street LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 60-foot-tall development will yield 12,491 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 18 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 693 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar and a 40-foot-long rear yard.

Dario Pasquariello of Dario Architecture and Design is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits were filed in October 2019. An estimated completion date has not been announced.

I am waited with bated breathe to see what amazing design this Jersey Shore spec house architect has come up with. Do we have a future landmark on our hands?
