Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 3033 Cruger Avenue in Williamsbridge, The Bronx. Located between Adee Avenue and Burke Avenue, the interior lot is one block east of the Burke Avenue subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Elvis Dushi under the 3031 Cruger LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 37-foot-tall development will yield 7,337 square feet, with 5,720 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have eight residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 715 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a cellar and a 45-foot-long rear yard.
Badaly Architects is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits were filed in September 2019. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
