Located between Thwaites Place and Waring Avenue, the lot is near the Pelham Parkway subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Franco Sukaj is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 74-foot-tall development will yield 29,615 square feet, with 23,944 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 33 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 725 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a cellar and a 64-foot-long rear yard.
Badaly Architects is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
