Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 745 East 215th Street in Williamsbridge, The Bronx. Located between White Plains Road and Barnes Avenue, the lot is short walk south of the 219th subway station, served by the 2 and 5 trains. Steven Westreich of Westorchard Management is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 42-foot-tall development will yield 7,474 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have ten residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 747 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a 35-foot-long rear yard.
Ariel Golshan of AG Engineering PLLC is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
