Located at the intersection of Redfern Avenue and Nameoke Avenue, the corner lot is near the Far Rockaway-Mott Avenue subway station, serviced by the A train. Federation Nameoke Housing Development is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 90-foot-tall development will yield 78,438 square feet, with 69,030 square feet designated for community facility space. The building will be used as a non-profit institution with 117 residences, with an average unit scope of 590 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a 30-foot-long rear yard and 13 enclosed parking spaces.
