Located between Wyckoff Avenue and St. Nicholas Avenue, the interior lot is steps from the Dekalb Avenue subway station, serviced by the L train and a short walk to the Knickerbocker Avenue station, serviced by the M train. Carolina Antolijao under the Dekalb Dream, LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 40-foot-tall development will yield 4,400 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have six residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 733 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a cellar and a 35-foot-long rear yard.
