Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 211 Jackson Street in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Located at the intersection of Woodpoint Road and Jackson Street, the corner lot is a short walk to the Graham Avenue subway station, serviced by the L train. Krzysztof Rostek under the 211 Jackson LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 50-foot-tall development will yield 5,959 square feet, with 4,976 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have seven residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 710 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar and a 30-foot-long rear yard.
Ramy Issac of Issac & Stern Architects is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
