Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 620 East 32nd Street in East Flatbush, Brooklyn. Located between Farragut Road and Glenwood Road, the interior lot is between the Newkirk Avenue subway station and the Flatbush Avenue station, both serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Christopher Teeter is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
