Investmates and INOA Architecture have collaborated on the development and design of six-story residential building near the northern boundary of Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The property is located at 256 North 9th Street and was recently granted permit approvals by the New York City Department of Buildings.
The project will span 17,299 square feet. The residential component will measure 13,425 square feet divided among ten units. Similar to other structures by INOA Architecture, the building features a modern design with a pale masonry grid surrounding large floor-to-ceiling windows and recessed balconies for every unit along North 9th Street.
