Permits have been filed for a seven-story residential building at 1365 Nostrand Avenue in East Flatbush, Brooklyn. Located between Lenox Road and Linden Boulevard, the interior lot is three blocks north of the Church Avenue subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Solomon Schwimmer under the Nostrand Heights LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 70-foot-tall development will yield 19,305 square feet, with 15,318 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 22 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 696 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, a 44-foot-long rear yard, and seven enclosed parking spaces.
Diego Aguilera Architects is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
