Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 1817 Topping Avenue in The Bronx’s Mount Hope neighborhood. Located between East 175th Street and East 176th Street, the interior lot is within walking distance to the 174-175 Streets subway station, serviced by the B and D trains. The building will have 13 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 455 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar and a 38-foot-long rear yard.
Anthony Cucich R.A. is listed as the architect of record.
