Permits have been filed for an eight-story residential building at 2428 Bronx Park East in Allerton, The Bronx. Located between Waring Avenue and Mace Avenue, the interior lot is within walking distance from the Allerton Avenue subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Franco Sukaj is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 74-foot-tall development will yield 31,493 square feet, with 24,950 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 38 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 656 square feet.
