Located between Waring Avenue and Mace Avenue, the interior lot is within walking distance from the Allerton Avenue subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. The steel-based structure will also have a cellar, a 57-foot-long rear yard, and two enclosed parking spaces.
Mohammad Badaly of Badaly Architects is listed as the architect of record.
