Permits have been filed for a six-story mixed-use building at 820 60th Street in Sunset Park, Brooklyn. Located between 8th Avenue and 9th Avenue, the interior lot is two blocks north of the 8th Avenue subway station, serviced by the N train. Sally Lam is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 66-foot-tall development will yield 13,731 square feet, with 8,011 square feet designated for residential space and 1,950 square feet for community facility space. The building will have nine residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 890 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and a 34-foot-long rear yard.

Benjamin B. Lam of Lam & Lam Engineering is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits have not been filed yet for the two-story residential building on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
