Located at the intersection of East 28th Street and Tilden Avenue, the corner lot is two blocks from the Beverly Road subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Cesare Perfetto under the Tilden Avenue Realty Associates LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
