Permits have been filed for a five-story residential building at 2801 Tilden Avenue in East Flatbush, Brooklyn. Located at the intersection of East 28th Street and Tilden Avenue, the corner lot is two blocks from the Beverly Road subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Cesare Perfetto under the Tilden Avenue Realty Associates LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 55-foot-tall development will yield 14,417 square feet, with 8,740 square feet designated for residential space and 662 square feet for community facility space. The building will have 13 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 672 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a cellar, penthouse, and 34-foot-long front yard.

Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
