Permits have been filed for a six-story mixed-use building at 4750 White Plains Road in Wakefield, The Bronx. Located at the intersection of White Plains Road and Penfield Street, the corner lot is two blocks north of the 241st Street subway station, serviced by the 2 train. Wakefield Grace United Methodist is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 63-foot-tall development will yield 53,920 square feet, with 33,488 square feet designated for residential space and 6,100 square feet for community facility space. The building will have 73 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 458 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, a 46-foot-long rear yard, and seven enclosed parking spaces.
