Permits have been filed for a seven-story residential building at 707 Willoughby Avenue in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. Located between 75th Street and 76th Street, the interior lot is a five-minute walk to the Myrtle Avenue-Broadway subway station, serviced by the J, M, and Z trains. Vision Development under the Vision Estates Holdings is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 70-foot-tall development will yield 24,883 square feet, with 17,588 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 20 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 879 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a 30-foot-long rear yard and ten enclosed parking spaces.
Shawn Stiles of S&S Architectural Design is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.

Might this insert be for the “Hermes” building on Madison (in Manhattan)?
(FYI: There is a Madison STREET in Bed-Stuy)
There’s a fully constructed building on that lot.
Still finishing up the new building – indeed by Vision Development.
Maybe they filed on 7/21/2019??
Not rentals because offering plans filed, yeah? CD190416
