Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 173 Tompkins Avenue in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. Located between Hart Street and Pulaski Street, the interior lot is four blocks from the Myrtle-Willoughby Avenues subway station, serviced by the G train. Sol Sinay of Rockpoint Management is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 64-foot-tall development will yield 8,767 square feet, with 6,691 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have eight residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 836 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a cellar, mezzanine, and a 25-foot-long rear yard.

Amr Ouda is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
