Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 856 Bushwick Avenue in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Located at the intersection of Kossuth Place and Bushwick Avenue, the corner lot is one block from the Kosciuszko Street subway station, serviced by the J train. Leslie Xia of 856 Bushwick Avenue LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 58-foot-tall development will yield 13,450 square feet, with 9,327 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have ten residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 932 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar and penthouse.
Robert Bianchini of ARC Architecture Design Studio is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
